Our Shipping Policy

We at AVAST love to get stuff Fast. Quick and cheap shipping is always key in the online ordering process. We will do our very best to get in-stock orders out on the same day as long as the order is received by 2pm EST. If you order after 2pm and really need it sent out that day, please just email us and we will do our best to get it shipped.

Custom orders such as flanges that require CAD drawing and CNC machining will typically ship about two weeks after the order is placed, unless we've quoted you otherwise.

Please note that any order that contains Weld-on solvent cannot ship by air, which may result in longer shipping time.

Rates and Carriers

Regarding shipping rates, we use an online rate calculator to get you the lowest price possible. We do not have any extra box or packing charges. We ship primarily via UPS or FedEx, but also offer USPS first class mail parcel for PO Boxes and orders less than 13 oz. This is a great way to save on shipping charges for small parts, but due to USPS daily pickup, same day shipping is often not available.

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged in shipping, which happens but is thankfully uncommon, please let us know asap so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We'll need photos of both the products as well as the boxes, so please be sure to document any damage as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

International Orders

We accept direct international orders from any country in which we do not already have a distributor agreement or otherwise prohibited by US law. Details can be found on the International page. We prefer to ship individual orders via US Postal Service (USPS) as it tends to be the least expensive and has been reliable in our experience. Larger wholesale orders are usually shipped in North America via FedEx Freight and overseas via TNT Express. We can ship via other carriers by request.
