Here it is...the long awaited DIY skimmer neck cleaner!
Yes, it really is pretty easy to put one together. With our newly designed shaft seal and motor assembly, the You-Built Swabbie goes together with basic tools (small flathead screwdriver and pliers) and common supplies (silicone or hot glue). We include the required acrylic solvent needed to bond the motor assembly's components inside the housing.
The motor housing bonds to your skimmer's lid after a simple modification. See photo instruction manuals below.
Depending on the diameter of your skimmer's neck or riser tube, choose the appropriate blade size below.
Also available in 220v for non-North American countries.
