ATO backup Float Valve
Avast is great answering all questions ASAP before purchase, shipping was fast too even though I used free code, they ship USPS priority mail and I got the item 2 days later. Installation was a breeze, took me total of 3 minutes since this is an upgrade ATO with old tom's aqualifter pump and RODI reservoir. Plug into Apex's IO switch which recognize the device right away without having me to reboot the whole system. Programming was simple copy and paste effort. It has been working flawless for the past 2 weeks without cliche a truely set and forget device. Highly recommended over any other ATO I've tried.
Great products, great customer servive.
I have bought a wide range of products from these guys. The DIY stuff is easier than putting together anything from Ikea--so it's basically just a nice way to get a discount on otherwise top quality reef gear. Their stuff is very innovative and effective. I have a Pegleg 250 Skimmer, which is a beast and tuning how much skimmate you want is as easy as turning a dial. I have their largest spyglass reactor tumbling 2L of all in one biopelettes like a symphony. And most recently, I added their barrel tender and ATO, both hooked up to my Apex and working flawlesslessly. While all these other ATOs out there, for more than twice as much, relay on sensors that can easily fail for a number of reasons, these guys were smart enough to use technology that has been used successfully in millions and millions of washing machines for countless loads of laundry for decades with an infantesimal failure rate. I love these guys. I only wish they had more products for me to buy!
A must for any RO/DI users who make their own water. This device has saved me multiple times from overflowing my collection bucket. This device protects from floods and just being forgetful. I have total piece of mind now that i have this float valve installed.
